Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Sabel Laise, we aim to deliver your order smoothly and reliably. Please review the information below before placing your order.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During busy or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Orders are only dispatched once payment has been received in full.


2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.

  • We currently ship Australia-wide.

  • Free or promotional shipping offers (if available) will be clearly stated at checkout and are subject to terms.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as courier delays, weather, or peak periods.


4. Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may take time to appear after dispatch.


5. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

  • Sabel Laise is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping fees may apply.


6. Authority to Leave

  • By placing an order, you authorise the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place if no one is available to receive it, unless otherwise specified.

  • Sabel Laise is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.


7. Delays & Lost Parcels

  • While we work closely with our delivery partners, delays may occur that are outside our control.

  • If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us at customercare@sabellaise.com.au and we will assist with lodging an enquiry with the courier.


8. International Shipping

  • International shipping is not currently available.

  • Any future international shipping options will be updated on our website.


9. Returns & Shipping

  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

  • For faulty items, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required under Australian Consumer Law.
